課程概述 |
Management science is a field of study that intend to solve the decision making problems that confront and confound managers in both public and private sectors by developing mathematic models of these problems. The modeling techniques presented in this course are explained with straitforward examples. Also Excel spreadsheets are used to solve the modeling problems. |
課程目標 |
The primary objective of the course is to provide students with a set of quantitative approaches, modeling frameworks and concepts useful to help managers in decision making. This knowledge should help students understand how to apply the methods taught in class to enhance student’s capability for making more insightful business decisions.modeling. Probabilistic modeling includes decision analysis and queueing modeling. |
